First release of new 2.x version

Just in time for YAPC::Europe 2011 in Riga I finally pushed the first release of the totally rewritten 2.x series of App::TimeTracker to "CPAN"http://cpan.org. We're using the 2.x series since the start of 2011, so this version can be considered stable.

This release also includes tools to upgrade all your old tracking data to the new format (see the scripts in helper).
